Dare commissioners allocate $415K to fund meals for all Dare County Schools’ students

MANTEO — The Dare County Board of Commissioners in a unanimous 7-0 vote approved allocating $415,000 to implement a universal meals program for Dare County Schools, which means school breakfasts and lunches will be provided to all students at no cost to them or to their families.
