Pennsylvania man arrested early Saturday after pursuit, hitting parked car, attempting to run over police officers

KILL DEVIL HILLS — Following a pursuit, Kill Devil Hills Police Department officers arrested an intoxicated man from Pennsylvania early Saturday morning after he hit a parked car and two mailboxes and attempted to run over the officers that approached him.
